AMERICAN RESIDENTS
American residents add $8.00 US for postage & handling on each order. No other charges apply! Expresspost is available to the US. Add $15 for this service. 3-4 day

CANADIAN RESIDENTS
Add $15.00 Cdn for "regular mail" postage & handling on each order. Alternatively, add $20 for Xpresspost (3 business day) delivery service.

Add 5% GST. To calculate GST multiply cost of goods plus postage & handling fee and XpressPost fees by 0.05.

Add 8% PST on total value Ontario residents ONLY!of goods only. To calculate PST multiply cost of goods (only) by 0.08.
